My temporary came off. What do I do?

If your temporary came off, just push it back on (it only goes on one way). Give us call the next business day and we can schedule an appointment to re-cement your temporary crown/bridge.

If a temporary breaks, and you’re not having any symptoms, be careful with the tooth. Do not chew on that tooth and still brush gently around it.  Contact us the next business day to have a new temporary made. If the temporary is in the front of the mouth and it is an aesthetic issue, call the emergency line to have a new temporary made. Give us a call!

Yes, we do accept new patients. You can call our office or request an appointment online!

Do you accept new patients?

Our office is not contracted with any insurance companies; however we can file your PPO dental plan for you.

Do you take my insurance?

The Dentist of Allen is not contracted with any insurance companies, therefore we are considered out-of-network for all dental plans. If you have a PPO insurance that allows you to go out of network, we will file it for you.  What this means for our patients, is anything not covered by their insurance plan would be billed to them.  Our office does this in an effort to keep the costs the same for all patients with or without insurance.

Does that mean you’re in my network?

No we are not open on weekends however, we have convenient extended hours. We are open Monday 9am to 7pm, Tuesday through Thursday 7 am to 7 pm, and Friday 7 am to 5 pm.

Are you open on Saturdays?
